Genre-specific conferences.

While the above conferences are open to all genres, you may want to look into genre-specific ones. There are numerous conferences and festivals that cater to specific genres, such as science fiction, fantasy, crime, romance, and more. These events often offer specialized workshops, panel discussions, and opportunities to connect with authors and professionals specializing in your genre.

Remember, these are just a few examples, and there are many other fantastic writing conferences and festivals worldwide. When choosing which events to attend, consider your writing goals, genre, location, and budget.

If you are on a tighter budget, research local or regional conferences that are more accessible to you.

Whatever event you select, conferences, festivals, and fairs provide invaluable networking opportunities, exposure to new ideas, and inspiration for your writing journey!

Bon voyage!
